Originally founded in 1999, it was known as International Institute of Cambodia and got transformed to IIC University of Technology in 2008. IIC University of Technology. Aside from degree programs, IIC University of Technology also offers short courses and workshops on their focused subjects which is mainly business. In addition to that, the university also offers the modern technology of e-learning business courses, which is funded by the Asian Foundation and USAID (United States Agency for International Development). It is currently located in Mean Chey district.

• International Program: The partnership with National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology (NKUST) that allows IIC students in year 1, 2 and 3 to earn 128 NKUST credits to recieve a BBA from NKUST Taiwanese University and IIC.
